Welcome to Kavepiora. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Kavepiora ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the kavepiora.com website and its games (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By entering the age gate, browsing the lounge, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service — entertainment only

Kavepiora is a free social-casino experience offered purely for entertainment. It is not gambling and involves no real-money wagering of any kind. 4. Virtual coins

The Service uses "fun coins", a virtual in-game counter with no monetary value. Fun coins are not your property, are not legal tender, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for real money or anything of value. Your balance is stored only in your own browser and may be reset by you at any time, or lost if you clear your browser data. We may adjust the way fun coins behave at any time without notice or liability.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play for your own non-commercial entertainment. No other rights are granted.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including individual games — at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavepiora and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
